Yoga is the process of preparing your body for meditation. We have stopped it completely and the reason is we are stuck with 9-5 jobs which takes all our time. If we have to work 18 hours at the office, we got few hours to spend time with family. Yoga studios are great way to spend your time and it improves your mind and body. It's like the new Gym where you get better day by day. Most people think that Yoga is complete waste of time but it's where you organs gets refreshed. Imagine your Laptop with numerous files on the desktop and you never cleaned them. Yoga studios are great way to feel refreshed and the interesting part is you think better now. Ikigai is a japanese technique to stay busy and happy at the same time. Before Meditating, Do Yoga!!!

India is a land of sages and there were lots of meditative techniques that spread to the west. Swami Vivekananda, Swami Yogananda  gave a lot of treasures for the people in west about meditation and living a happy life. They loved the idea of Yoga and meditation which creates peace in their life. There is no interlinking between Yoga and religion, when you want to do Yoga or meditation, you start right away. What are the process of Learning Yoga and meditation??? 1. Find an expert 2. Get the technique 3. Practice the technique  4. Experience the bliss it's not possible these days to find a swami like Vivekananda or Yogananda. There are only few people who do the meditation and yoga in the right way.
